Competing against the top NH Teams and individuals from all Divisions at
the Meet of Champions on Saturday, the Saber Boys employed excellent
pack running as they placed their top 4 within a 37 second span,  all in
the top 43 in the field of 144 finishers, scoring 170 points, and edging
out Bedford (171) for 5th place team honors!   Owen Stine led the way
for the Sabers wtih his 17th place finish in a blazing 15:57 (only the
second Souhegan runner to ever break 16 minutes on a 5K XC course (Eli
Moskowitz did it multiple times)). Taloosh Anderson (25th, 16:09),
Dallen Noorda (32nd, 16:27), and Finley Irvine (43rd, 16:34) all had
excellent races as well!  Dylan Boyer had his best race of the season to
place 100th in 17:45 to round out the scoring for Souhegan, with Mikey
Corrigan (104th) right behind.  Nashua South captured 1st place Team
honors, followed by Hanover, Coe-Brown, and Pinkerton.   The top six
teams advance to the New England Championships in Belfast Maine next
Saturday.
